For customers located within 50 miles of our dealership, all warranty repairs must be carried out at our workshop. If your van requires any repair or maintenance under warranty, simply bring it back to us, and our skilled technicians will handle the rest.
Customers More Than 50 Miles Away
If you are located more than 50 miles away from our dealership, follow these steps to use your warranty:
- 1. Get a Diagnostic and Quote: Take your van to a local garage for a diagnostic check. Obtain a detailed quote for the necessary repairs.
- 2. Submit the Quote: Email the diagnostic report and repair quote to our warranty team at aftersales@vansco.co.uk.
- 3. Approval: Our team will review the report and approve the repairs. We may contact the garage for further information if needed.
- 4. Carry Out Repairs: Once approved, you can proceed with the repairs at your local garage. Ensure you keep all receipts and documentation.
- 5. Reimbursement: Submit the final invoice to us, and we will reimburse the cost of the approved repairs.
