Went to look at a few cars they had . Allowed to look around with No pressure from salesmen what so ever into buying a car . Having chosen one the sales process was plane sailing and smooth without a hitch , John the owner of the dealership is very down to earth and easy to get along with and when technology played up Josh (one of the sales team ) was only to happy to help . I had been calling around several dealers regarding Peugeot 5008s, and although Vansco wasn’t the cheapest out of the cars I had found online, it was honestly the customer care and level of trust I felt in the business that made me opt for them. All the other dealers I had spoken to made me feel on edge and vulnerable to being duped.
Scott was incredibly friendly and helpful during my initial call inquiring about the car and he went above and beyond to provide me with all the details I asked for. It transpired that a certain part of the car was due to be replaced and Scott and the team not only replaced this part for no extra cost, but completed it within a very short timeframe as we desperately needed the car asap.
I travelled by train to collect the car and Scott even offered to collect me from the station.
The car was immaculate and even had 4 brand new tyres – we are thrilled with it as our new family car!
I would highly recommend anyone to opt for Vansco 333 showroom when purchasing a new vehicle!!!

Couldn’t do enough to help

Hi I brought a Fiat Scudo Panorama at a very good price and Vansco Ltd delivered it to myself within a week as promised, I took the car to my local garage who are fiat licenced repair garage to check the car over and it got a clean bill of health a part from the drivers seat height adjustment handle was missing and the car was not as clean as I would have like (inside), but this is minor and just a little niggle. Fred who sold me the car was great very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help.
